Black Bean Brownie Recipe: 
  • 1 can of black beans (I used Eden Organics 398ml can)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup raw cacao (I used Navitas Naturals)
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup  chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life)
  • 2/3 cup sucanat sugar (unrefined cane sugar)
  • 1/2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • (scant) 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1. Preheat oven to 350′
2. Grease muffin tray with coconut oil
3. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and puree
4. Pour mixture in to muffin tins and top with chocolate chips, walnuts or any other desired topping
5. Bake for ~ 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6. ENJOY!!
