During this program you will learn the strategic whole foods and lifestyle habits to lose weight and keep it off! You’ll also be introduced to a variety of holistic lifestyle and dietary recommendations to improve your overall energy and wellbeing that are personalized to your unique needs!

Motivation, Accountability & Support

This program is specifically designed to help you to stay motivated, accountable and to feel supported in all of your questions and concerns as you make the changes to your lifestyle and diet over a period of 12 weeks. *All sessions will be conducted via Skype unless arranged otherwise by Michelle Tirmandi, CNP (Certified Nutritional Practitioner), B.A, B.Ed.
